Jacqui Uza creates vintage inspired hand made glass beaded evening and bridal bags based on original Victorian,Edwardian,1920's Flapper and Art Deco patterns and her own contemporary variations.Since 2006 she has exhibited throughout North America including Lincoln Centre Art and Craft show in New York,the Houston Bayou Show,Miami Fashion Show,Ann Arbor Art and Craft Show,Signature Shows in Ottawa,Winnipeg,Calgary,Edmonton and Regina,Circle Craft in Vancouver,in Toronto, Artfest at the Distillery,Cabbagetown,Toronto Outdoor Art Festival and in London England The National Bridal Show at Earls Court,among many other venues.Currently over the past 10 years she can also be found exhibiting at the Big Fiddle Art and Craft Market at the Sydney Nova Scotia cruise port for 3 months.As a designer her goal has always been to connect the Art of bead knitting from the heirlooms of the 1800's that are still passed down through the generations to the present and to continue to provide heirlooms for future generations.
