Simply Rooted Woodshop

All my products begin with me selecting domestic hardwood logs from arborist within the Waterloo Region and Center Wellington. Logs are selected based on size and character. These are brought to my woodsite in Fergus where they are processed into bowl blanks and all left-over wood not suitable for bowls is used to make other products such as spice mills, serving boards, and Christmas ornaments. I finish all my pieces at my studio and show space in Kitchener (Globe Studios, Studio 34). Price range for my product is from $15 for kitchen implements and ornaments to $400 for my largest bowls. I do my best to have bowls and other products in various price ranges in order to cater to a wide audience and budgets.
